Us Prime Hospitality Corp. is an owner, operator, manager and franchisor of hotels, with over 230 hotels in operation located in 32 states. Prime operates and franchises two hotel brands - AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites - as well as a portfolio of upscale, full-service hotels and limited service properties operated under franchise agreements with national hotel chains. AmeriSuites is Prime's flagship all-suite brand and has become a favorite of both business and leisure travelers. A typical AmeriSuites hotel offers its guest an attractively designed suite with 25% more room space than a traditional hotel room. Each AmeriSuites provides its guest with upscale amenities such as kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators, complimentary continental breakfast, fitness rooms, business centers and pools. Approximately 20% of our AmeriSuites rooms are specially equipped business suites, which contain an oversized desk with executive chair, two-line speakerphones, additional data ports and voice mail.
